La struttura è immersa nel verde, e circondata dalle montagne. La camera perfetta, dotata di tutti i comfort (manca solo la televisione), con un terrazzo vista montagne. La colazione buona e varia. Disponibile anche il parcheggio interno gratuito. Il centro di Pragelato è a meno di dieci minuti a piedi. Sestriere e Fenestrelle sono raggiungibili facilmente con un breve tragitto in auto.
