You could see and hear the sea.

The bed wasn’t clean clear evidence that the sheets hadn’t been replaced since the last occupant. It was very reasonably priced for a reason.

Fantastic apartment built on top of a cliff with the waves crashing below your window. It was winter and I was the only one in the complex. Easy check in and free parking on the street.

Its at the sea side with the nice Mediterranean sea view from the bedroom window. We had a good communication with the owner and a quick response if we need something. We stayed there for 4nights and we enjoyed Anzio.

Its difficult to reach the room because it doesnt have a lift. We have to drag down our luggage to the room and lift it up ourself to get back to the main road. The room is damp every morning due to humidity in the room itself. The bathroom is clean but the floor is very slippery after the shower because the floor tile’s are not bathroom tiles unfortunately. So we use the towel that they provided to dry up the bathroom floor. The kitchen is only a mini bar, no kitchen utensils and no plates. The ceiling of the room is old and tired.

The view was amazing! The owners were super nice! We were here in November, we got The breakfast in a cafe 300m far away called black coffee: a tasty coffee and a really good Croissant. 24min walk to the center where you have teally good food.

Everything was very good, the host was hospitable, amenities 10 out of 10, the apartment was clean, small but very cozy, waking up to the sea breeze was simply wonderful. Those who reserve a place will definitely not be disappointed.

The view through the dirty window

Rusty falling apart hand rail. Obnoxious smell in the room. Empty pool and hot tub complete with falling off plaster. The wet, dark, dank stairwell to the room level. The three block walk for a croissant and coffee breakfast. And, the off street parking in front of the so-called hotel where thieves broke the car window and took two back packs and then popped the trunk and took our two suitcases leaving us with literally the shirts on our backs. Nasty place. Dangerous location.

Unique setting built into the cliff above a perfect little sandy beach. People are lovely, so kind and thoughtful. Despite the bar above all I heard was the sound of the sea. Semi-private outdoor space to watch the sunset. Short walk from the station. Supermarket very close.

Inevitably the downside of the cliff side location is the stairs, but they’re in short flights so quite manageable.
