It wasn't clean at all.... Dust and not hoovered and not mopped anywhere. If a proper cleaning would be made then the place eould be so much better.

Ants crawling everywhere on the sides and tables even on me !! Even though we had already agreed to extend with cash after a long argument because I’ve gone out of my way to get the cash. he shows up to the property with someone else clearly trying to intimidate me demanding the money

Ant infested. Dirty. It’s in a location you would not want to stay in. We parked in the communal garage/parking area and someone came from their property and started shouting at us and the guy who showed us where to park. We had to check the car was still there every morning! TV did not work. No wifi?! Garden is not a garden - broken paving, weeds, no plants or flowers and empty pots piled up with a broken, cob webbed table and chairs. Dead plants in the house with dirty toothbrush in the pot. Broken chest of drawers which landed on my foot. Someone’s old food left in the fridge. Clock in lounge needed a battery - how hard is it to put a battery in? Bedside lamps didn’t work - no bulbs etc.
AULarge, comfortable, very clean and within walking distance to Canterbury town.
Many kitchen items were missing but they will make sure they’re available for the next people.
GBThe house is very nice with a garden, very good for a group of friends. It seems to have been recently renovated or improved so the rooms were comfortable and good size, and the kitchen is very nice. The owner was very nice and communication for the check-in was very easy.
The only small criticism we have is that the kitchen equipment could be a bit better, specifically maybe the owners could include a few more pieces of cutlery, mugs and plates.
