מקום אירוח מדהים, המארחים ג'וליט ודיויד, מארחים אותך מכל הלב, הבית אירוח שלהם ממוקם בצורה יוצאת דופן צופה לנהר השוטאובר, עם חצר עצומה ומטופחת, המון צמחיה מסביב. הסוויטה עצומה ומטופחת, נקייה ומפנקת, עם חדר אמבטיה מרווח ומגבות עבות ונעימות, מוצרי טואלטיקה איכותיים, מיטה גדולה עם מצעים איכותיים ומפנקים, עם נוף ירוק מכל חלון. ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת לחדר בשעה שמבקשים, ואמנם היא מוגדרת קונטיננטלית אבל היא הרבה יותר מזה, עשירה וטעימה שכללה טוסט חביתה עם אבוקדו ועוד. יש גקוזי גדול בחצר לשימוש האורחים ומתאמים שעה לפרטיות מלאה של האורחים. יש גם טרקלין ישיבה גגול משותף לכל האורחים עם אח. דיויד המארח המקסים המליץ לנו על מסלול הליכה קטן ליד הנהר ואף נתן לנו טרמפ להתחלת המסלול, וממש דאג לנוחיותינו. בטוח שנמליץ ונחזור רק לפה.

The best banana bread ever! The Moonlight Escape is surrounded by lush greenery high up on the mountain and welcomes its guests with a stylish dining room and a few exquisite guest rooms, each with its own bathroom (with underfloor heating) and a view of the countryside. The hosts, Juliet and David, give their guests a very warm welcome and immediately offer to reserve a hot tub for them. Breakfast is served in your room or at the long table in the dining room, as you wish. There is warm, fantastic banana bread and toast with scrambled eggs, avocado and bacon to go with freshly brewed cappuccino made with love in a very stylish atmosphere. We were even given warm banana bread to take with us for the journey 😍 Thank you, Juliet and David, for the wonderful time. We felt right at home! Nicole and Edgar

It was very calm and relaxing. We enjoyed the stay very much and the hosts are so lovely and caring!

We chose the location for the peace & quiet yet a short drive to Queenstown & loved it! Great view from our balcony room, delicious breakfast, friendly helpful hosts.

We loved everything. It is off the main road & up a lane but if you like the peaceful country side don’t hesitate to book this wonderful b and b.

We could not have hoped for a better place to stay, or for better hosts. Juliet and David have created a beautiful place to stay in a quiet, stunning setting, forming a perfect base from which to explore Queenstown, Glenorchy and all of the stunning area around. The room was perfect, the breakfasts were outstanding ( they do undersell them by calling them Continental breakfasts......they're so much more than that), and the banana bread is more legendary than Lord Of The Rings 😊. To top it all, Juliet and David are perfect hosts; friendly, generous, informative...everything you would want from hosts, and so much more. If we are lucky enough to return to New Zealand again (sooner than the 20 year gap between our first and last visit), this will be the first place we book. Only the fact we didn't stay longer

Loved the quiet rural setting but still close to everything. Also loved the decor and ambiance. Juliet and David were very accommodating and friendly Delicious breakfast
