Just Heaven Apartments

Beautiful apartment. Well managed and taken care off. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, same with the staff. A perfect way to spend a vacation if you want to sit back and relax.

L’hôtel était super, le personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Ils m’ont organisé le transport depuis l’aéroport également. La vue depuis l’hôtel est superbe et la plage juste en bas magnifique. Le partenariat avec l’autre hôtel pour accès piscine est très intéressant. Je recommande !

Die Bewertung ist extrem schwierig. Und so richtig gefallen hat uns eigentlich nichts, wobei das vor allen den Umständen drum herum geschuldet war... Die Sauberkeit IM Haus war gut und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war gut.

Wir hatten das DZ mit Meerblick. Moderne Ausstattung aber eigentlich ist es als DZ für 2 Erwachsene vom Platz nicht zumutbar. Das hatte was vom Wohmobil wenn man aneinander vorbei gehen wollte.... Der Meerblick war auch naja... Erstmal kam was Garten (mit Müll) und dann schimmerte es zwischen den Palmen blau. Die Appartements mit Terrasse sind sicher sehr schön, aber eben auch deutlich teurer. Kurz vor der Reise wurde ein Upgrade für 600 - reduziert auf 300 Dollar angeboten (8Tage), leider erst, als die Stornofrist rum war. Das hätte das ganze dann nahezu im Preis verdoppelt..... Rückblickend betrachtet "Gott sei Dank, dass wir es nicht gemacht haben!" Frühstück war gut. Wir hatten leider nur kein Platz zum Essen im Zimmer. Die angebotene Dachterasse war leider zunächst auch durch Bauarbeiten belegt. Wäre sicher später dann gegangen. Aber das wäre alles i.o. gewesen, wäre die Lage nicht so, wie sie nun einmal ist. Der Müll und Dreck drumherum ist ekelhaft. Die Appartements grenzen direkt an ein Einheimischen-Dorf. Müll, Dreck, unangenehme Gerüche, Müllhaufen am Strand, Plastik, Glas,... ehrlich, da vergeht jedes Urlaubsfeeling. Das Entfliehen des Zimmers auf die Liegen vorm dem Haus war suboptimal - auch hier Müll und unangenehme Gerüche. Am Tag vor unserem Einzug hat es stark geregnet, aller Müll aus dem Dorf lag dann in einem entstandenen "Flußbett" am Strand. Der Strand war der dreckigste, den wir auf Sansibar (das def. ein generelles Müllproblem hat) erlebt haben. Sehr traurig, denn eigentlich könnte es wunderschön sein. Wir sind nach 2 Tagen wieder geflohen. Wir waren zuvor in Kzimkazi und in Jambiani - dorthin sind wir auch wieder zurück. Wir haben storniert sind aber trotzdem auf über 300 Dollar sitzen geblieben.

The accommodations and beachfront location were superb. We had reserved the friend's apartments, which offered both connectivity and privacy. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the prompt attention to our needs. Breakfast was also delicious too. This is an ideal place to stay if you plan to go snorkeling or take a dolphin tour in the morning. The host and staff were friendly and courteous.

We had a wonderful stay at Just Heavens Apartment in Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm and welcoming. The owner, Ivancy, truly goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home—always attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring about our comfort. It made a big difference and added a very personal touch to our stay. The apartment itself has a great ambiance—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to create a relaxing environment. The overall hospitality was excellent, and we always felt safe thanks to the secure surroundings. If there’s one small suggestion, it would be to further secure the first-floor railing, especially for families traveling with toddlers. It would provide additional peace of mind for parents. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Zanzibar, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, safety, and a homely experience.

We had such a beautiful stay at Just Heaven Apartments 💛 One of the most special moments of our trip was the incredible night BBQ they organised right on the beach for us. Everything was perfect, from the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the sound of the ocean under the stars. Having a personal chef preparing fresh, delicious food just for us made it feel truly unforgettable and so unique. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience we’ll always remember. The team went above and beyond to make everything feel relaxed, personal, and magical. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels like a little hidden paradise with genuinely caring hosts, this is it. Highly recommend ✨

Le lieu est idyllique, placé sur la plage. L'hôte Ignace est d'une parfaite gentillesse. Très pro-actif, vraiment professionnel et d'une grand hospitalité. Il arrange les taxis et répond à toutes les demandes du mieux possible. C'est vraiment précieux au bout du monde. Ignace et sa femme sont très chaleureux et ne sont jamais intrusif.

Likte veldig godt plasseringen rett ved stranden. I tillegg var eieren veldig hyggelig!

Strømmen gitt ofte.

Direkte Strandlage, alles wurde für uns günstig gebucht, unsere Wäsche wurde für uns innerhalb 2 Tagen gewaschen, alles war perfekt! Das Hotel hatte Kooperationen mit lokal Restaurant, Pool etc. Vielen lieben herzlichen Dank für die schönen Tage bei euch! Das Frühstück war hervorragend!! Und die Betreiber geben alles für ihre Gäste! Wir sind glücklich, dass wir hier sein durften 😄
