Room is dirty, kitchen is disaster utensils are very dirty seems like nobody's cleaning Small shower area and drainage is blocked washroom is separate from room heater is not working

It's a scam the way they charge you € 20 just because you arrived after 10 PM, I mean... this is not the first time we have arrived earlier or later in an accommodation and hosts have different ways to put the keys in security boxes or leave them in a safe place, but here they charge you that amount (which is huge) for what they offered. The reason they gave was "because we have to wait for you later". I don't really needed them to received us, I really prefered to leave the keys in a security box but they do not invest in that as they want to keep scamming people. Additionally, you have to pay city taxes so in our case it was € 70 in total when you just arrived WTH. It's a NO for the shower, I know they tried to make this an accommodation for rent but come on, there is no way they decided to put the shower just next to the kitchen with no door but a curtain to separate the place (which actually don't close properly) and you need to ask your people to wait outside while you shower, and the toilet is outside the entire room so no privacy... THEY NEED TO INVEST in the place to make it more pleasant and stop just using the people. I definitely don't recommend this place at all. Try a hotel instead considering this place first.

“I had a very disappointing experience at this guest house. The building is extremely old, and the walls were dirty. To make matters worse, the shower was oddly placed in the kitchen, while the bathroom was outside the room with an entrance from a common-use corridor, which was highly inconvenient. Cleanliness was a major issue, as I found a used ear cotton stick on the table upon arriving, which made me question the overall hygiene standards. Additionally, the electrical plugs didn’t work properly. I would not recommend staying here.”
