Nice location, opposite the train station. Lots of spices in the kitchen. Plants.
The appartment looked nice but was not cleaned well and it reeked of chemicals, which turned out to be intentional with "perfume devices" in a number of power outlets. The two person bed did not have a proper fitted sheet, and the host flatly denied this - and expected us to sleep on a smudgy matrass cover. The other two beds turned out to be wholly unsuited for our teenage children, as they were creaking like crazy. There was a lot of worker noise during most of our stay, starting at 7:30 in the morning even on Saturday. And when we needed to put out the garbage, the garbage card wasn't activated so we had to ask neighbours to do it.
