The place was quite easy to find, well-located, clean, tidy and run by a lovely host who greeted us at the door, showed us around, found us a iron on request and put out a nice breakfast for us each day (and remembered how we take our coffee). The place is fairly small and we were pretty much the only ones there so had any communal areas to ourselves during our stay. No complaints!

Since there's no kitchen in the rooms, but a communal space you can use at certain times, I think a small fridge somewhere to chill drinks would be a nice improvement.

Very nice little bed & breakfast. Everything was new and modern and had a very nice style . And the best : We could go to the cosy breakfast room on socks - we really felt like home :-). The house is located close to the center in a calm area.

We did not find a curtain or something to make it dark in the room for the night. But maybe we should just have asked how to do it. ;-)

Pietro was extremely helpful and hospitable. Would recommend and stay again the next time I'm in Faenza.

The acomodation was awesome!. Very close to the city center, all clean, tidy and very quiet at night. The windows are sound proof. Pietro was just super nice guy, lively, and very helpfull. In Spain we say a guy with”muy buena onda”.He was the perfect host. I really recomend to stay in terracielo if you are in Faenza. Along the walls are inspirational phrases that suit very well with the atmosphere Pietro gives to the place.

Location was great - very easy walk to city centre. The area was quiet - so very restful. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was lovely.

No criticism really - the only slight inconvenience was the separate bathroom for the green room. En suite would have been preferable. But all very clean and well designed.

Quiet & private as opposed to Hotel

We were traveling with eBikes. The B&B terracielo is ideally located near the center. Everything is very nicely furnished and maintained. We were able to enjoy the rich breakfast on the terrace. The host is extremely helpful and we culd park safely our eBikes in the garage. You have to go there! 😀
