The bathroom needs renovation! The ceiling is full of mold, black and peeling. The bathroom pipe is black with mold, The mirror in the room is a meter high, you have to bend down to see something. In the description of the room, a balcony was promised, in reality there is no balcony! The room door opens with difficulty, the door needs renovation.

Staff is really helpful and location is next to the sea, close to everything in the city.

WOW- what a fantastic stay, love love loved it and cannot wait to go back. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room over looking the bay - what beautiful sunsets. Hosts and staff very friendly, breakfast good too. Foca is very quaint and lots of alleyways, shops, bars and restaurants to explore. Cannot recommend highly enough

excellent location, clean and comfortable room with a sea view, very friendly owner and staff. furthermore, Foca is a wonderful place to visit.

Everything was perfect.

Perfect location on the promenade. Very clean room. Lovely friendly and helpful staff - special mention for Muhammet, Sevda and Hülya. Also very nice breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.
