Time Suit Thessaloniki

The property was huge balcony.

Property was on the sixth floor which wasn’t mentioned in the ad. When we arrived at the property, hours after the check in time, housekeeper was still washing the sheets. She asked us to hung them for her. Later purchased new sheets for us, since those were not dry and left us to fix the beds with unwashed sheets. Shower handle was broken which made showering very unpleased. It kept falling off while adjusting the water temperature. One of the beds broke on the first night. Contact person responded hours after we reached out and told us that the previous guests broke the bed and she had no time to replace it before our check in. It was too late to book a new suit so we decided to move the mattress on the floor and try another night. It was really uncomfortable so we left. The host promised to reimburse us 40% of the first two nights and 100% of the third night since we left. We have not received any refund yet. We communicated with three different people about our stay- the housekeeper and two hosts. When we last contacted the host she told us her partner is responsible for the refunds. He has never contacted us.

Great location, very close to the center

I had great short stay in this wonderful and tranquil place . I can see the details and effort into the decorations. It’s very conveniently located , many cafes and shops around and also the beach is just 5 mins walk. Thanks for extra welcome gift! Definitely will come back if I visit Thessaloniki again !
