- new convenient furniture - modern kitchen(coffee machine, dishwasher, plenty of plates, etc etc. and its very good quality) - amazing location for daily trips - good own parking place - beds and mattresses are Good - not bad wi-fi - many space - plenty of small things, with which you just feel yourself like at home - its just Convenient and comfortable here Also we were impressed by hosts hospitality and little surprises and gifts:). Super short time on answering any question, and instant help with any trouble. I Recommend this property to anyone.

Well, it was bit not comfortable to have one bathroom for such big appartments. But i understand that this directly noted in description, and people just choose.

I am coming to Nea Iraklitsa for many years. I stayed in many places- apartments, houses and hotels. Rarely i felt so good like here. The hosts - Petros and Mirka are very helpful. And the house is just perfect. First floor - living room with fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher- all appliances brand new). Second floor bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Each room with air conditioning and terrace). Outside a nice courtyard and parking place and a barbecue. Spotless clean! All the small details that u need to feel like home (even more;). Very quiet place, literally minutes away from beach, Lidl very close (like 2 streets).

The property was spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The host was super friendly and accommodating. If we visit the area again we will definitely be staying at the house.
