A localização e o acesso à casa.

Muito barulho no apartamento, desrespeito dos outros habitantes/hóspedes. Mau isolamento do edifício faz com que o abrir de torneiras e as descargas de água fazem imenso barulho.

"Excelente apartamento"

El apartamento está un poco alejado del centro de Funchal, pero tiene supermercados, cafeterías, farmacias, etc. a 10 minutos. Además, hay una parada de bus justo al lado y en 10 minutos te deja en el centro. El apartamento estaba en perfecto estado, muy limpio, muy cómodo y silencioso. Tiene todo lo necesario para quedarse unos días y para cocinar, y tiene todo lo necesario en el baño (secador, champú, gel y toallas). La estancia ha sido genial. La cocina estaba muy limpia y tiene cafetera y microondas. Leandro es muy amable y nos envió las instrucciones de acceso con fotos y vídeo para que fuera más fácil.

La tostadora no funcionaba y en una de las sartenes se quedaba la comida pegada.
