reception staff exceptional/later arrival with 25kg bags each. Teed up driver next day/no problems.

day after we arrive was Lord Shiva fasting day so all temples full/timing problem was ours!

Room was clean. Size of the room was just ok.

Room service was too slow. They took 1 hour 20 minutes to serve just tea and lemon juice. Staff were not so friendly. Checkout time was 11.00 am, we requested to extend till 12.00 and they denied, though it was not fully occupied
