"They don't accept international cards"

The room look cute. That's all

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport, then when we tried to check out and pay they told us they don't accept international card!!! We stayed in other hotels in India, without any stars, or less stars and we could pay with our cards so how come a 4 star hotel near to the airport doesn't accept international cards??? We didn't have any cash anymore as we got rid of it the day before so we had to go to an atm (they are so far we had to take a taxi) and almost missed our flight because of this drama!! Also, when people are in the corridors talking you can hear everything from the room, we have been woken up at night because of it. The breakfast wasn't good at all either, very limited choice. For sure we would not recommend neither stay there ever again
