City Lights Apartments

La ubicación es excepcional. Para de tranvía en la puerta y de metro a 200m. Zona con mucha vida y locales de ocio y supermercados. El apartamento es pequeño pero cómodo y tiene de todo.

El edificio da aspecto antiguo y algo sucio, pero nada que ver con el interior. Todo un acierto

Konumu merkeze yakın. Ütü, askılık, çamaşır makinesi gibi yazan bütün özellikler var. Daire sahibi gayet ilgili, sorularımıza hemen cevap verdi. Check in kolay. Giriş talimatlarını mesaj olarak gönderdiler. Kilitli kutuda anahtar var istediğiniz zaman girebiliyorsunuz. Kendi oto parkı yok. Yol üzeri park yerleri var. Online internet sitesinden ödeme yapılabiliyor park yerine. Biz gittiğimizde hafta sonuydu. Hafta sonu bir çok bölgede otopark ücretsizdi. Ama yakınlarda yer bulmak zor olabilir. Ya da özel park yerleri mevcut yakınlarda.

Binanın girişinde bir sürü çöp kutusu var ve hepsi doluydu. Çok kötü kokuyordu. Görüntü olarak ta kötüydü maalesef. Biz akşam üzeri varmıştık. Binanın iç avlusuna girince biraz ürkütücü duruyor ( belki bize akşam üzeri girdiğimiz için öyle gelmiştir) ve merdivenlerde de çöpler vardı. Binanın dışı ve iç avlu eski ama dairenin içi yapılmış. Koltuk ve çarşaf çok temiz durmuyordu. Biz kendi nevresimlerimizi kullandık. Çamaşır makinesinin deterjan koyma kısmı ve lastik kısmı kirliydi. Önce oraları temizlemek gerekiyor kullanacaksanız.

The smell from the building but it’s not related to the apartment

The location of the apartment was very central. There were many restaurants, bars and stores nearby. The apartment was clean and equipped. The host was very helpful during the stay. Would definitely stay here again in my next trip!

Not large but comfortable flat in the very centre of Budapest, and because the windows overlook the courtyard of the building, there is no noise from the street. The flat has everything you need in terms of equipment, everything is new. The landlady is very helpful and friendly and responds very quickly. Perfect for a single traveller or a couple.

There was one electric heater in each of the two rooms of the flat. Only one of them worked well (in the kitchen/dining room), the second heater (in the living room/bedroom) worked intermittently. It was not so bad, as it was only a few degrees below zero, but in the really cold weather it would be not enough to heat the whole flat. There were no other problems in the apartment.

Apartment is on a great location. Everything was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Very nice, new and modern looking furniture. Had some essential supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Water pressure and water temperature in the bathroom are amazing.

We were visiting during Christmas Holidays so it was a bit cold when we got inside. However, heating is more than appropriate. Bed was not the comfiest.
