Very clean, all facilities available, in Palermo centre.

That the bathroom is separately from the room.

Convenient location next to the old town, comfortable room with balcony, good mattresses and linen, kitchen. Facilities are newly restored and well kept. There is no reception or staff, but the owner answers messages quickly. Extremely clean, although room and toilet were not cleaned during our 3 nights stay. The owner provided detailed and useful information. I do not rate 10, because I disliked the owner’s greedy attitude to save on small things – like willing to charge EU 15 for check in after 8pm (which ended up not being charged after I complained) and mentioning owner does not need to provide toilet paper, when we ran out and asked for on our 2nd night. Besides that, recommendable.

We were welcomed very warmly by an amazing owner! The place was very good - clean, beautiful, super comfy bed, nice small balcony, cozy room, and it just felt like you're at home. Honestly, if I could, I would stay there for a way much longer, really. Very good location, around 10-15min by walk to the city center. And also, it was very cute to find the magnet with Palermo as a gift in the room!! Worth every penny spent. Hope one day I will be able to come back again:) Grazie mille!!

In the evening neighbourhood doesn't look super safe, but it has nothing to do with the place. And during my 4 days of stay nothing bad happend. The place is amazing:)

Great find in Palermo.Everything was up to expectations, the rooms were clean, spacious and the balcony was a perfect little touch. The location was great, next to two train stations and to all the touristic attractions. What really elevated the stay was the hospitality, they accompanied you from the moment you made the reservation to the check out.

Clean and cozy apartments. The owner is very kind and pleasant. The location turned out to be perfect for us — the old part of the city with beautiful streets and a market. You can walk around for hours and admire this wonderful city.

Everything was perfect - the room and other facilities were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything needed. Friendly and welcoming staff, and Irene always answered quickly. Very nice location. We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo, and would definitely stay here again! Thank you Irene for your hospitality! :)
