"Had high expectations but this was short lived. I don’t recommend"

The location was great for our requirement

The facilities were extremely basic and below standard for cleanliness for similar properties within the price range. Things like the TV, plug sockets and kitchen lights did not work. This was reported immediately and we were subsequently ignored by the property management and therefore no resolution. Simple toiletries such as kitchen towel and dish washing sponge was also lacking amongst other things.

"Very disappointing."

Location was fine. Towels and bedding were clean and comfortable.

We agreed to relocate to Park Green due to Worthy Rest being unavailable. The place was very cold due to a boiler malfunction. I had to restart the boiler. The kitchen was dirty, no microwave as promised at Worthy rest and the kitchen was badly lit due to only 50% of the bulbs working. Rear garden area unkempt and cigarette ends in a tin of rainwater on the table. Highly unsatisfactory!
