The host Esmarie is an incredible person, super helpful and informative, extremely caring about all members of my family and went the extra mile to assist me even before I could book the accommodation. The employees are great too, very polite and great at the jobs. Jabu the caretaker of the property was so on the ball my shower had a slight leak under the door so we mentioned it to him on our way out for the day, by the time we got back to the property that evening the shower was all fixed and not leaking. The rooms and bathrooms are huge, spacious and super clean. the linen was fresh top quality and amazing too. Really 5 star.

I didn't like the pool table room as we had excess to it but didn't feel it was a good idea to use it because we felt it was located right in front of another apartments bedroom window.

The room was luxury personified. would definitely recommend it for a stay in St Lucia .

Everything was fantastic

We are a family of 5 adults and the 3 bedrooms (all with en-suite) were very spacious, extremely well decorated, the beds large and comfortable. The bathrooms were excellent and the communal open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room was a perfect area for us. Overall the decor in the whole suite was top notch. Our host, Esmerie, was particularly responsive and helpful, our pre-communication ensuring that the activities we were looking for were all booked, saving us a great deal of effort when we arrived. Lovely pool area to relax, safe parking. Really loved it and would highly recommend the suites. Easy walking access to the town shops and restaurants in the day, or 3 minute drive in the evening if you want to avoid the local Hippos who come into town to graze. Got some fantastic videos from the car!!

The only thing I would add is if the suites had a washing machine. However, there are a couple of laundrettes in town, that Esmerie recommended, which are well priced and efficient.

Everything far exceeds what is advertised. Very comfortable and clean... stunning kitchens. This is a 5 star place. The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. The best place to stay with family in St Lucia. Will definately be staying here again.

Esmerie not only welcomed us with open arms but also shared valuable insights on the local must-visit spots and guided us through the do's and don'ts of the village. Her presence truly made our stay extraordinary. Hornbill Family Suites exceeded our expectations in terms of accommodation. One aspect that took us by surprise was the shared outdoor area, which wasn't entirely clear from the pictures. We initially expected a private pool, but it turned out that the outdoor space was communal, shared with other apartments. However, it's important to note that this revelation did not impact our experience negatively. While it wasn't as private as we had assumed, the shared space was well-maintained and provided an opportunity for social interactions with fellow guests.

We were welcomed by Esmiery (I hope I spell that correctly..) with a very big smile and we felt home right away. She gave us great tips for our stay in St Lucia. The appartment was very clean and very comfortable. It is brand new and very spacious and complete in many ways. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing, newly refurb'ed property. Very spacious, kitchen extremely well-equipped with everything you could need for living there full-time nevermind a holiday! Rooms an en-suites large and beds very comfortable. Kids loved the private snooker table (only with the 3-bed family unit). Close proximity to everything in St Lucia (you do need a car wherever you stay in St Lucia). We were met by the wonderful Esmerie who had already been so good at communicating prior to our arrival on What's App, she even sent the load shedding schedule and the weather forecast! Tours booked for us were excellent. We will definitely come back and stay again.

The huge dining table- only because it was too big to play card and board games around and the chairs were very heavy for the children to move in and out but that is literally the only small thing I can think of!!

Located on silent street in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Well equipped appartment, incl. kitchen. Braai area available. Spacious bathroom.
