"WATER HEATER NOT WORKING, No H/stay signage, owner not responsive to message."

Space organization

1. Condition should be checked before guest checkin. 2. Owner not responsive to message. Till now they didn't reply my message. 3. Balcony in open space, nearby main road & full of dust. Need to clean. 4. No homestay signboard. Difficult to reach. 5. Access door in 2nd room couldn't be opened from inside & outside. 6. Price should be revised. 7. Lantai toilet, rak toilet, piping toilet boleh dibersihkan lagi & dimurnikan 8. Didn't expect the homestay is actually 3rd floor of shop house. 9. No access for disable / wheel chair. Need to climb the stairs. 10. WATER HEATER NOT WORKING.
