Villa ClaVà

We only stayed for one night, but the place was awesome. The villa and the surroundings are beautiful, with amazing views of the area and even the sea. The whole property is well-kept and practical, with a spacious terrace. The house is clean and nicely equipped.

Maybe just consider getting a lockbox/key safe for guests who aren’t sure about their exact arrival time (in our case the keys were left at a spot we agreed on beforehand).

Tanto la casa como el jardin e instalaciones exteriores estan increible. Los niños estuvieron encantados. El alojamiento tiene todo lo que necesitas, y dejan a tu disposicion un pequeño desayuno. La entrega de llaves fue muy rapida y contacto agradable.

No es un tema del alojamiento en concreto, pero quizas sea necesario explicar al entrar como funciona la gestion de residuos en la zona.

Bella struttura situata in collina nella campagna di Polignano da dove si gode un bel panorama. Giardino curato con un bel patio.

Strada alquanto scomoda per arrivarci. Mancano lampade sui comodini (quindi niente lettura) come i punti delle prese di corrente.

The place is so clean and the yard amazing!

The house is pretty nice, it was clean, the yard is big and beautiful and the sea view is amazing.

We did not like very much what we found inside the house. First of all, it wasn’t comfortable at all. The double bed mattress was horrible, it is loose and totally uncomfortable, you cannot let guests to sleep on something like that, it’s a shame. The twin beds were just acceptable. The kitchen is very simple equipped, there are too many things that are missing. In the descripiton it is written that there is a dishwasher, but that is a lie, because there is no such thing as a dishwasher. There was no iron too, even if it was written to be, but we talked with the owners and they brought one to us, thanks for that!! There is only one AC unit, on the hallway between the bedrooms, and it is surely not enough for the whole house. You cannot have privacy in your bedroom, because you have to sleep with the doors open to feel the cold from the AC, otherwise it will get pretty hot inside. This is my longest review ever i guess, but i felt like i had to let next guests know all of this things, and maybe the owners will improve the comfort in the house.
