Velmi dobře vybavený dům pro vlastní jídlo. Blízko koupání, blízko skvělý pekař. Dobré místo na výlety po celém ostrově.

Bývá problém s parkováním blízko domu.

Host Sonia is amazingly kind and helpful - nothing was ever too much trouble. Property is in an excellent location with on street parking available right outside if your luck is in, and only a short walk away if not Property is comfortable and very well equipped - perfect for 3 of us for a week. There is a barbecue on the terrace (Sonia kindly brought a new grill during our stay), and washing machine in an outbuilding. Everything works as it should and we appreciated the welcome package of goodies on our arrival Lagoa is a convenient base for exploring the whole island. We could not have picked a better place to stay and would happily stay here again if/when we return to Sao Miguel

A couple of minor points which I am certain would have been addressed had we asked: We would have appreciated an extra pillow or two, and the sofa bed was a tad hard to sleep on. Neither of these points affected our stay

We stayed for a month and everything was great! The location is excellent—everything is easily accessible by car, and there are lovely places to walk nearby along the ocean. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and featured a well-equipped kitchen. The owner was also very nice and helpful! We highly recommend this place.

The terrace is wonderful—very sunny, peaceful, and well-sheltered from the wind. One small thing to note: some local cats also enjoy the space and sometimes come by to mark their territory.

Sauber, gepflegtes Häuschen in guter Lage mit kleinem Supermarkt gegenüber -sehr angenehm. Auf 2 Etagen jeweils mit Freisitz und einem separatem Wäscheraum im Erdgeschoss und Aussengrill (ungepflegt). Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Grundausstattung und reichlich Plastik-Dekoration -wer es denn mag. Bett hervorragend, Dusche bestens.

Schwache Badezimmerbeleuchtung. Eine Leseleuchte im Wohnzimmer wäre auch schön. Der Kunstrassen im OG saugt sich voll Wasser -wir hatten Regen dann sind nasse Füße noch Tage später garantiert. Konnten wir entsprechend nicht nutzen -eine Überdachung für Regentage wäre auch konstruktiv zu empfehlen -wir hatten Sturm -dann wird es auch innen feucht. Die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft können nervig sein. Und ich bin es leid um frische Handtücher zu bitten, dass ich wenigstens jeden 2. Tag wechseln kann. Und ich bin es leid mir Toilettenpapier und Abfalltüten ... in meiner teuer erkauften Urlaubszeit besorgen zu müssen. Abzüge in der Bewertung deswegen.
