Das Personal war durchweg überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit speziell das Reinigungspersonal war sehr professionell.

Die Einrichtung und und der Zustand meines Zimmers war katastrophal, und entspricht absolut nicht den gezeigten Bildern im Internet, aufgrund meiner Beschwerde kam zwei Tage später das Hotelmanagement, konnte mir aber keine Lösung anbieten da das Hotel ausgebucht. Angeboten wurde mir letztendlich das für mich in einem anderen Hotel ein Zimmer gesucht werden könnte. PS: Bilder erspare ich die sende ich an Booking.com

The room was nice size, tv good, staff very polite and friendly

No hot water, we took cold water showers all the time. The dogs at the resort woke us up every morning by barking and it was every morning at about 5-6 am not good for when you on vacation. The resident was good, Same fire show and music every night

The beach right in front of the property is probably the best on the entire island. The room feels somewhat rustic, but it’s comfortable and clean. There are fire shows to watch at night and a good breakfast buffet in the mornings.

If you don’t drive a motorbike then your only means of getting to the property from the ferry is by open air taxi. They are really expensive because the hotel is in a remote area. The same goes for accessing the town where the restaurants and shops are. The hotel should at least offer a free pick up or drop off to the ferry.
