Apartments Fonda House

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, und gut ausgestattet, die Lage sehr zentral, fußläufig war der Tartini Platz in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, und damit das Zentrum! Ich habe meine Vermieter nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und einfach im Cafè.

Was man wissen muss, ist, dass man keinerlei Aussicht hat, das ist ein wenig schade. Im Sommer heißt das sicher, dass es auch kühler bleibt als andere Quartiere und durchaus ein Vorteil sein kann, dass die Häuser so nahe beieinander stehen und man vier Fenster hat, durch die man einen Luftzug erzeugen kann.

La literie était confortable mais pas le canapé. La cuisine même si elle manquait d’un grille pain. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Piran. L’isolation est bonne en plein centre ville. La taille adaptée pour 2 personnes.

La propreté n’était pas 100% au rendez-vous. Des boules de cheveux à plusieurs reprises par terre et des boules de poussière. Le ménage n’a pas l’air d’être fait sous le lit ni sur les abats jours. L’odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain malgré la constante aération allumée est très désagréable, et on comprend pourquoi en voyant l’état des joints de la douche. De plus, de l’eau coule en dehors de la douche malgré le rideau de douche….

the location is amazing, really central. The handover of the keys was easy as well. Apartment is really spacious

it looks way better at pictures or at first sight then in reality. The apartment equipment is really used and definitely not perfectly clean, nor functioning. Basically, everything looks like it has been there for a while and noone has deep cleaned it for a really!! long time. The apartment wasnt 100 % cleaned when we arrived, the worst part was the bathroom, especially the unpleasent smell - mostly from the drainage and the toilet🤢There was mold in the shower as well. The shower was leaking a lot, so the bathroom floor was constantly soaking wet. Also, there was a water healing boiler which You have to turn on firstly and then wait so the water gets warm. From the middle of our stay, the boiler wasnt heating up properly, so we were basically lacking hot water.. Aditionally, we were not notified that there is the boiler and it took us some time to realize we might be obliged to use it. Would definitely not recommend nor come back..

На кухне есть посуда, в ванной есть полотенца, много розеток. Удобное расположение.

La posizione dell'appartamento era buona e l'appartamento era giusto per una coppia e un bambino

1. Avendo un bambino piccolo avevamo chiesto una culla ma al nostro arrivo non l'abbiamo trovata. 2. Ci hanno dato un appartamento al secondo piano che non era comodo per il passeggino 3. Il bagno emanava un odore molto cattivo, acre come di ammoniaca e non c'era nulla (shampo/sapone/bagnoschiuma). Il pavimento non era ben pulito
