PLLokalizacja, jakość pokoju
PLNajważniejsze czego oczekujemy czyli było bardzo czysto. Miły właściciel, duży balkon. Jakieś 600-800 m do ścisłego centrum pełnego restauracji. Ogólnie oceniamy za bardzo udany pobyt w green roooms. Stosunek jakości do ceny na plus. Ale nie jest to 4* hotel więc też nie oczekuj cudów za taka cene :).
Najmniejsza kabina prysznicowa w jakiej przyszło mi się myć, nie polecam ludziom z klaustrofobia. Trochę głośno. Dodał bym jakieś obrazki na ściany, zegar czy cokolwiek bo trochę pusto i może dlatego ten dźwięk sie tak nosi.
PLBardzo polecam ten obiekt. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna i wszędzie blisko (dworzec, lidl, główna alejka). Pokoje bardzo duże. Mimo, że były tylko dwie łazienki wspólne, chyba na 9 pokoi, nie było do nich kolejek. W pokoju był czajnik, ręczniki, klimatyzacja, suszarka i żelazko. Darmowe wi-fi. Nie było też problemu, aby zostawić plecaki, zanim mogłyśmy się zameldować. Wszędzie czysto i pachnąco. W łazienkach kosmetyki , jak szampon czy żel pod prysznic. Zawsze też było mydełko do rąk w łazience i papier toaletowy. W budynku jest winda.
Chyba tylko jeden pokój nie miał balkonu i akurat my na niego trafiłyśmy. Nie było gdzie rozwiesić mokrych rzeczy z plaży. Gdyby choć w tym pokoju była suszarka na pranie, byłoby idealnie :)
BAThe place is incredibly clean. I usually don't rent shared bathroom places but this one was amazing. I haven't met anyone in the bathroom not even once even though the capacity was full. Cleaning lady is doing amazing job and bathroom is share with two rooms. I would come back here again and I probably will. They are so nice and helpful. Whatever you need you cans ask ppl who host you. I
It's a bit noisy from the street. If someone is light sleeper this would be and issue. And pillows can be a bit more comfortable. Everything else they have.

Everything was perfect
ITLa stanza è vicino alla stazione Centrale o a Quintino Sella e per noi è stato un comodo appoggio per muoversi nella zona di Bari e limitrofi in treno. Inoltre in 10min a piedi si è a Bari Vecchia. Gli spazi sono grandi, puliti e in ordine e c'è attenzione dell'host ai vari dettagli pratici.

SERenovated place, very clean and spacious, good location, AC, hair dryer, tea/coffee, kettle, tv available in the room. Despite having 2 bathrooms shared with other rooms, it was always clean, the staff coming twice a day for cleaning. Staying for a week, we had also cleaning service in the room in one of the days. Very nice, helpful and polite staff, we had to check in late due to the flight being delayed and they adjusted the check in based on our arrival time. It would be great to have also a small fridge :)
In the first 2 days it was lot of noise however i the other days /nights the noise was less and got much better rest:) There is no posibility to have the luggages stored at their place after the check out.
