Majestic BIG apartment

We needed location next to the conference in Marriot, so it was perfect. Apartment is modern and clean, spacious, equipped with everything. Easy communication and great stay overall.

Few hangers in the bathroom could help a lot, but that is just a very minor thing. Everything is great.

The location was perfect for me and the apartment was really clean and spacious. Many areas had a quiet modern flair. Even though there is no allocated parking, I always found a decent parking slot. There is a functional hob, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer/and washing machine. also a hairdryer +++. The TV is fine, nothing fancy and only Romanian channels. However, there is a USB port for input from laptop or mobile. The internet works nicely so there is a way to upgrade the experience.

Many little things that are not thought through. To name a few just a few: there are 2 double bedrooms but only 3 chairs in the kitchen and only 2 coffee cups? Why? The coffee maker didn’t work and needed replacing, unfortunately wasn’t replaced, not even with just a kettle. It was visibly damaged. Doesn’t anybody check before renting out again? The mattress in the master bedroom feels worn and compressed in the middle. Having an extra small toilet is great, but is not functional if not even dangerous if you’re coming with kids. Yes it looks fancy but comes with serious warnings like don’t touch the mirror or the faucet dangling from the ceiling, and don’t lean on the freestanding sink. The main bathroom looks really great and with a shower screen it would even be functional avoiding the partial flooding of the floor. There was a bit of a heatwave in early July and sadly there is only 1 AC in the living room. The bedrooms were more like a sauna. Just a bit TLC in general would go a long way with this apartment.

Property was clean and spacious very comfortable and nicely decorated. Good location don’t be put off by the front appearance of the building. Very nice stay

Needs to provide fans for the bedrooms or air-con especially in the summer, it was very hot in the bedrooms during the night. There was air-con in the living room but doesn’t cool the rest of the apartment.
