No Air-conditioning, but it was livable. The towels were extremely hard and only 2 no hand towel. Also my room didn't have any toilet paper or tissues, I had to buy some. Otherwise for the price id stay there again. And there isn't a lift supply with wheelchair can not go up.to the rooms

Minibar was empty. No even bottle of water. First night was not hot water, impossible to take shower (Second night solved). Furniture in terrible condition. No even boiling kettle for tea. Troubles to get out (check out) if you leave very early cause no stuff at reception at night.

The hotel was well located in the centre.

First of all, I was surprised while checking in that the receptionist informed me that there was a charge of 20€ for a cot as there was no information about a charge on booking. In addition to that, I found the receptionist behaviour unprofessional and lacking any willingness to help solve the situation in order to please her customer. After some discussion, we agreed to pay the fee as my 1 year old daughter was tired and needed a place to rest. The room was nice and big so there was no problem in the evening when we accommodated ourselves. We went to a children’s corner which was placed in the corner of the restaurant and unpleasant smell of the trash bins surprised us as it was really strong and present. The reason for this was that the bins were located just behind the children’s corner. Our room was placed opposite the children corner quite near the trash bins too. In the morning after we woke up, we found the entrance to the room from the car park full of worms that must have hatched during the night as there was no evidence of them the night before. They must have come from the trash bins placed really nearby. After the incident, we accepted all our money to be returned but the lady in charge refused this and agreed to return 50% of the price. She agreed only after a really long discussion over the phone as she didn’t show up to solve the incident as one would expect for the person in charge as she said she had to go to the doctor.

Staff helpful and pleasant. Bar staff exceptional and very friendly. Good location.
