FRClim fonctionnelle, propreté du lieu (sauf la douche), électroménager récent.
Dans la douche le porte-savon était extrêmement rouillé, calcaire sur la tuyauterie, fuite d’eau par la paroi de la douche, joint sale ; nous nous sentions mal quand nous l’utilisions. La table de la cuisine était très instable, quasi inutilisable pour nous. L’appartement est mal insonorisé (on entend beaucoup : voisin du dessus qui passe l’aspirateur à 1h du matin, télé allumé des voisins…) Il n’y a qu’une seule télécommande pour les 3 clims. Il n’y avait qu’un drap pour se couvrir par lit, très léger. Les photos prises de l’appartement datent, il faut les mettre à jour : je ne comprends ni les avis, ni le prix.

ROLocatie ok daca calatoresti cu masina. Apartament cu suprafata mare, aer conditionat in fiecare camera, bucatarie dotata si utilitata cu tot ce este necesar. Gazda receptiva si primitoare.
