"Exceptional"

Peter and Mike have a lovely home which they share with their guests. It is beautifully presented and very comfortable. It is in a good location for the various activities in the area, about which they are happy to advise. Breakfast including the daily egg offering was exceptional. Thank you.

"Superb accomodation - great hosts and large clean spacious room. Recommend this property"

Michael and Peter were there to greet us on arrival. Our room (1) was very spacious with a large bathroom - plenty of room to store luggage. There was even a safety deposit box. There were tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. The room was very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - plenty of help regarding where to visit etc. The breakfast was superb. Would strongly recommend this property which was within easy reach of city.

"Very very nice accommodation"

Our room was superbly appointed to a very high standard and very comfortable. Very quiet part of town.

About a 20 minute walk into town but we like that.

"Very comfortable, good location, good value, helpful hosts with strange vibe"

The breakfast was fresh, tasty and satisfying. The hosts were helpful in suggesting things to do, making reservations for us and in general answering our questions.

The hosts were overall a bit rigid in their attitude towards timing of breakfast/arrival to checkin. There was a slight uncomfortable sense of needing to set up our day "their way".

We enjoy everything about this stay. The room were fantastic, cozy and comfortable with plenty of space, great amenities, fridge, complimentary coffee, options to purchase snacks and drinks. The common areas of the house were also very beautiful and well looked after. Not to mentioned the hosts, they were incredible, very attentive to details, prepares a good breakfast and gave us some nice tips about tours in Rotorua and near by places. I even say it's much better than many hotels, I would definitely recommend it to my friends. Thanks Peter and Mike :)

Beautiful room, and our hosts provided everything we needed and more. Great attention to detail. Spacious bathroom was luxurious. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Homemade jams were yummy! Of all the places we stayed on the North island, this was our favorite.

We liked everything!
