Room size was large and clean.

The lock on my room door was broken so I got stuck inside and once finally out, I couldn’t lock the door again. Staff did move me rooms but I felt like I was putting them out. There is a dog shelter just by the hotel and all day and all night the dogs bark and fight, it was extremely noisy and interrupted my sleep every night and was at times scarily loud! The hotel is NOT close to anything, it is just off a big dual carriageway and there aren’t any shops or restaurants in the local vicinity. The area is dark at night and doesn’t feel very safe. The pool didn’t look very clean and the whole area is massively dated, with the chairs being rusty and faded.

Nice & clean hotel. Not so noisy, maybe because we went on weekday. Friendly staff. Requested for early check in, managed to check in at 2pm instead of 3pm

Location good and spacious clean rooms

All the Pillows are too soft bought cheap poor quality pillows and their mattress needs to revamp.

"Good place to stay"

The staff was really nice and friendly. We could leave our baggage before check in. The pool was nice to have a little swim in the evening. Right next door was a animal shelter we went for volunteering. In the room was a kettle and coffee and we even got more of the coffee after i asked for it. Room was really clean and beautiful.
