"Good location but unsatisfactory works management"

The location was ok at the center of the town. However, I was missing the sea view..

There was a heavy construction work going on next door and was giving pounding echos into my room. The staff said that my room was the last out of 38 or so rooms. So, I wonder if other guests were making any complaints about it or not - at least those at the same level with me. The hotel management should have not done that kind of work while guests are around. It was really impolite and disrespectful to the hotel guests!
