Albergo chiuso al momento del check-in nonostante l’orario fosse quello indicato dalla struttura. All’arrivo il gestore, invece di scusarsi, si è dimostrato arrogante e scortese. Camera assegnata ancora occupata dai precedenti ospiti; lite furibonda tra il gestore e l’addetta alle pulizie. Nessuna presenza notturna. Gruppi di ragazzi ubriachi e violenti che non consentano di dormire e rappresentano un rischio per la propria incolumità.

Rapporto qualità prezzo, senza tanti fronzoli..

Mah.. non è che non mi è piaciuto, solo che purtroppo il climatizzatore non funzionava, ma cmq c'era sempre aria abbastanza fresca e si dormiva abbastanza bene..

Не работал кондиционер, wi-fi очень плохо ловил на втором этаже(почти не ловил), в течении четырёх дней ни разу не убирались и не меняли бельё. Если не закрывать окна, то очень шумно с улицы. Далековато от центра

After 8 o'clock there is no one at the hotel reception. I explained to him the fact that I mentioned the time of arrival and that they confirmed this to me without any other mentions. he told me that he will make another trip to the hotel, but to make sure to get there quickly so that if he doesn't find anyone there, he will leave immediately. We hurried to the hotel (being at Mirabilandia) and managed to reach the hotel. I also paid so you can see what I received. (see photo) A dirty hotel room, no one was there to clean it, exactly as those who stayed before us left it. Dirty towels, the bed full of sand, the bin full of trash, so he basically put us in a room one after the other. Having 2 children, I didn't stay to ask the owner for the bill because he had already left. I received the remote control for the air conditioner that didn't even work, everything seems abandoned. When leaving, there was no one at the hotel reception, I called twice and no one answered. I left the keys and goodbye. Too bad about the location of the hotel, but the hotel is managed with indifference, just to make money and that's it. Honestly, his attitude and the way he treats his customers do not recommend this hotel. I am attaching pictures of the received camera! Prima di tutto, l'atteggiamento del capo. Quando ho effettuato la prenotazione, ho detto che sarei arrivato in hotel tra le 21:00 e le 22:00. Hanno confermato la mia prenotazione dicendomi di chiamare un numero di telefono prima di arrivare sul posto.

Bagno senza bidè e il water aveva l'asse rotta,l'aria condizionata molto rumorosa
