short answer: everything. We loved staying here it was very comfortable and had everything you could need. the location was nice and quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of Queenstown but close enough so that getting in to explore or shop was pretty easy to do.
i can't think of very much, the beds had i think heated blankets on them under the bedding so there was a little hard plastic ball or something in them that if you slept too far over would dig into your back... that's about it really everything else was great.
