We found 2 cockroaches and let the owner know but he didn’t anything about it,mold in the shower and the dryer wasn’t working properly

It’s quiet and cozy.

The gate people. The tag for the property didn’t work had to give my id each time I came back. The mattress in the king room wasn’t soft. The shower head needs a replacement

You have to show ID at the gate every time u come in the gatestaff were very rude kept saying i didn't have a reservation or i wasnt a guest there

The complex was quiet and the owner was responsive. It was great to have all details upfront. The owner sent a message with all codes and information so getting in and getting settled was a breeze. The condo is a nice size and the layout is convenient. The screened porch was set up nicely although it couldn't be used because the sprinklers were aimed so that the porch stayed soaked. I did inform the owner for other travelers so they can utilize that space if they'd like to and my feedback was acknowledged. The details were nice. I love that the space feels positive. There are several wall hangings and plagues that are encouraging, loving, and kind. It was a welcomed and thoughtful touch.

The photos of the condo don't depict what some areas of the condo look like now. The furniture/decor in the living room is different and so is the master bedroom. The picture is what made me book so it was disappointing arrive to something different. It's not only about aesthetics but about comfort and an expectation that was set by the photos posted. This, however, was a small disappointment. The bigger issues were the sour smelling old towels that were beyond used. They were thin, cheap bargain towels with straggly hanging threads that appear to have been reused for the last 7 years. Some had bleach stains and others were rough to the touch. Actually, the "wash cloths" were more like rags. I didn't feel comfortable using them on sight but once I wet one and smelled the mildew, it was a definite NO. None of the towels smelled freshly laundered. The master bedroom had super thin sheets on a thin mattress with a foam topper and a thin red blanket, nothing as nice as the photo. The bed wasn't the most comfortable however my stay was short that made this not a huge deal. Again, the bedding, although not appearing to be dirty, didn't smell freshly laundered. Then, in the kitchen, I encountered several dishes in the cabinet that weren't clean including a glass baking dish with fingerprints in grease all over it along with stuck on, dried juice stains of some sort. In the drawers where the silverware is, there are gray color liners that are stained and dirty so the allegedly "clean" dishes are sitting on dirty liners. The black oven mitt and pot holders were speckled all over with white lint balls, dingy old tattered, discolored tags, grease stains, and crumbs from whoever used them last. The dish cloth was so stained, I choose not to use it as well. I was cooking on the stove when I noticed something hanging from the hoodrange light so I bent down to see what it was so it didn't fall in my food. It was filthy!

The apartment was very clean.

The upstairs neighbor was running and bumping non-stop. It's like they had an all day track meet from 8 am-1am
