Deluxe Residency Nr- Mumbai International Airport

We had a lovely stay and super pleased with the cordial welcome that we got from Sofitel staff The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was ok.

There are lots of mosquitoes; no mosquito repellent is provided by the hotel. The bedsheets were not clean, there were lots of hair when I checked in. I was unable to sleep at night because of the noise made by hotel staff. It was too expensive for the experience I had.

Nice & budget stay the staff was very helpful good ambience. Good stay & food service and quality was really nice Clean good standard I can stay here every time I visit Mumbai Value for money.

The staff were brilliant , really helpful and kind. They helped me with many things, including printing my boarding pass, getting food, finding me an iron, booking a taxi, and killing mosquitos in the room. It's only 10 mins drive from the airport. Room and bed were very clean and comfortable.

Theres 8 lanes of traffic, plus a flyover just outside the hotel door, so not good air quality. There's also a very polluted filthy river about 30m away, so I didn't open my window due to mosquitos. The shower or handbasin tap didn't work but I used the bucket to wash. I could have asked staff to fix shower but I was too tired........ I felt very privileged that I don't have to live in such an area.
