Comfy, heated big beds. But was unsure how to turn them down/off! Powerful, hot shower.

Prefix for WiFi login wasn't given so took time to figure out - not good when traveling with tired, young kids. TV didn't seem to work and lacked instructions. Site stated taxis always available but we found it difficult to hail one for our 6:30am international flight. Even though host said they don't provide them, a few cups and bowls, etc. would be convenient and create a lot less trash.

Very convenient for staying in the airport area. The free shuttle bus was really helpful and made things easy. The room was spacious and clean. Good family option.

Convenient location for work although remote from the city.

Not enough coathangers.

Location was excellent and instructions to get to the property were detailed and easy to follow. The heated mattresses were ready for us which was perfect considering the sub-zero temperatures.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned (dirty fridge, visible dust on the bed head and there appeared to be a used towel in one of the drawers which had not been washed). Not as well maintained, there were broken drawers and peeling laminate on the cupboards but considering the price and short stay (less than 12 hours) it didn’t bother us so much.

They gave me instructions in detail as to how to get to hotel from airport terminal, step by step, plus many photos, so that I did not have much confusion in a foreign country, and answered every questions I had.

Well, I cannot really I found a problem with the hotel. Due to the cold weather I could not walk around the area too much.

Great location for the airport with a free shuttle bus right outside, regular services. Quiet. Clean and comfy. Very easy check in/out.
