Villa Miami

Really great place - the villa is very spacious, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. One gound level patio, 2 balconies (really big with table and 4-6 chairs) and the great terrace on the roof, The living room is huge. The villa was well clean, we had no issues. Aircon was also working well. The contact lady was easily accessible and very helpful. The location itself is amazing, beach is beatiful and maybe 2min away. We didn't expect this amount of restaurants around, and all of them great. Chania was reachable in 15-20min by bus or by car. This was really great time spent in the Miami Villa.

The location was amazing, close to great restaurants, beaches, night life. Very comfortable accommodations, can't wait to go back.

Great space split over multiple levels Much needed swimming pool Aircon in all rooms Weights - treadmill wasn’t there though

No sunlight is basement room due to broken key so couldn’t open shutters Some worn furniture resulting in accident BBQ is old and grill rusty - couldn’t make use of this Had some power issues where the mains were tripping out

The property is modern, clean, in a fantastic location , 1 minute amble to the beach, 1 minute to the shops and restaurants. Beds v comfortable, the rooftop area offers amazing uninterrupted sunsets views and the pool is a great addition.

There was nothing we didn’t like as such. It is built over 4 levels, very spacious and you will spend a lot of time on the rooftop level, so you better like stairs! Some small simple touches that you learn from living there would improve it further for example the parasol is aging and will need replacing soon, more modern family oriented mugs/breakfast bowls v tea cups , dishcloths etc small stuff that I’m sure the owners will see to.
