The bed was very comfortable, location was excellent, many restaurants within walking distance. Also Annalisa was very helpful.

Great location! Clean and comfortable. Safe, secure, very quiet, modern accommodation across the street from the cathedral. Annalisa was lovely.

Showers are tiny, even for small person.

The second bedroom is a lot smaller than I expected. That took a day to adjust to. There is no shade, blind or shutter for the window so the morning sun comes is very early.

The property is very spacious and modern with good kitchen facilities. The host was easily accessible by WhatsApp and responded very quickly. She was very helpful with any issues we had during our stay and offered contacts to arrange airport transfers for an additional fee, however we opted to get the train. She was also kind enough to provide an iron on request.

Overall the property was cleaned to a reasonable standard but we did find some hairs and stains on some of the bedding. The breakfast provided was very basic- it included a few pain au chocolates, biscuits, packaged toast slices with little jam and Nutella packs. On our last day the cleaner was rather impatient as she knocked asking us to get out of the property 10 minutes earlier than the agreed check out time of 10am.

The landlord is very helpful and competent. We joined a friend temporarily, and the landlord quickly contacted several places to offer to my friend until my friend was satisfied. The five of us had a wonderful time in Palermo. The location of the house is very convenient, it is lovely located opposite the main church of Palermo. It only takes about a minute to walk. The house was also very comfortable and lovely, and very air-conditioned, which made us very comfortable in the hot August. I highly recommend this lovely house and lovely landlord! Hoping to go back and live again
