Belle accueil à la Villa dès notre arrivée. Nous avons passer un séjour de 1 semaine 4 adultes + 2 enfants (6 et 11ans) Point négatif : - Humidité ++ dans les chambres , traces d'humidité sur les murs (pas top en ayant des enfants asthmatique) - Fuites d'eau qui remonte des fissures du carrelage lors des grosses pluies - Nid de fourmis un peu partout dans la maison malgré un nettoyage chaque jours de notre part . - Pas de micro onde / casseroles - Dommage qu'il n'y est pas d'étendoir pour mettre au soleil car l'étendoir dehors fixe et a l'ombre , pas top pour sécher le linge , il reste humide - Plus d'eau chaude à la 5eme personnes (Ballon d'eau trop petit je pense) - Prévoir véhicule de location pour ce déplacer au alentour car pas de bus / car a proximité Les points positifs n'ont pas était un impact pour notre séjour mais il est important de la savoir. Point positif : - Villa avec vu imprenable sur la mer - Linge de maison / piscine fourni - Belle piscine avec profondeur , bien entretenu et sécurisé avec portail d'accès - Accès rapide depuis l'aéroport - Petit village à 10mint a pied avec commerce , bar etc ... - Centre commercial (Poséidon) a 10km de la villa - Villa adéquat pour passé un bon séjour a plusieurs - Climatisation réglable - Réponse rapide en cas de problème de la part des propriétaires Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Sicile, un pays à découvrir avec son architectures et ses paysages époustouflants , quelques lieux recommandé : - La vallée des Temples a Agrigento - La Scala dei turchi - Visite de Palerme a ses monuments historiques - Plage de Mondello - Museo Naturalistico della Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro (Randonnée) Merci infiniment aux personnels de la villa ainsi qu'aux propriétaires de votre chaleureuse accueil . Het uitzicht is top en je voelt je veilig met de grote poort. In de zomer is het zwembad top, de voorzieningen zijn top en je hebt prima wifi, er is ook een wasmachine. De temperatuur is iets koeler dan beneden in Carini, dat is wel lekker in de zomer. 15 min lopen naar het dorpje waar alles te vinden is.

De prullenbak was erg klein, die mag wat groter, wij moesten een alternatieve oplossing bedenken. Veel niet goed opgevoedde honden in de buurt. Maar dat merk je alleen als je langs de huizen loopt richting Carini. Kan de eigenaar natuurlijk niets aan doen. Heb je ook geen last van 's nachts. Verder was alles top!

La casa è semplicemente splendida, con una vista mozzafiato sull’Isola delle Femmine e una piscina che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La posizione è leggermente in salita, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena perché la tranquillità e il panorama ripagano in pieno. La struttura è curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente. I proprietari e i gestori sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, facendoci sentire a casa. Consigliatissima!

The check in was very smooth. Both the manager and the owner of the property are very kind and welcoming. The owner Rosalie was super attentive and you can see she takes much pride in the upkeep of her property. The house itself is lovely with a big outside kitchen and a lovely grand pool. We're very happy we chose this house.

The beds were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The road to get to the house is quite tricky, luckily we had a fantastic driver but you need to be quite confident to drive these roads.

Very nice space, we had a very nice stay. It's a 30 min drive to Palermo

Everything about the property met our expectations. The photos were accurate and the host was very communicative.

With this location, I recommend to anyone else that they rent a car to get around. The property has a parking spot for you to park.

It was a nice house, that was hidden behind a fence which gave us a safe feeling. The pool was just amazing, super big and deep, we loved it. The house itself was very well equipped, we had everything we needed for our holidays.

If we have to mention 1 thing we didn’t like was the noise of a goat in the night, but ofcourse this has nothing to do with the property itself.
