All was really nice

The accommodation on face value was nice, modern, and good amenities.

There were BEDBUGS in this apartment, crawling on the wall in the bedroom, on the doorframe of the hallway, there were 3 that I saw in the bed and squished before we packed up and got ourselves back into our car. We contacted the property who offered us the apartments in the same block, like the doors next to the apartment we were in accessed from the same hallway/landing, therefore these were not suitable as BEDBUGS crawl and infest whole apartment blocks. They offered us a room in a building nearby, which had an unplugged mini fridge just dumped in the middle of the room, it wasn't suitable as we had a 3yr old with us, we had booked an apartment for the purpose of having separate room when she went to sleep. The accommodation provider refused to refund us!!!!! Images are of one of the bed bugs on the wall, and of the poor accommodation offered as an alternative. This was at 7pm with a 3yr old, asking us to go and check other places to stay and unpack and get our child settled again at another accommodation wasn't reasonable

A little too dependant on controllers to do things. Lack of hot water to wash dishes

Very pleasant stay . Hosts helpful and available. Only one suggestion... to have instructions to work television! Hosts obliged by visiting apartment to sort viewing on tv; this was very much appreciated! Loved the decor in rooms and the slipper bath!

Suggestion : A side table to place a glass of wine whilst relaxing in bath!
