I had a personal reason to like the location. Others might be less attracted.

All was good owners were lovely too

Location is very handy walking distance to city center. SPOTLESS clean beautifully decorated highly recommended. The host is excellent and left little treats in room 😍

Only one thing for us the bed was not that comfortable. Prefer firmer mattress 🤭

Very nice accomodation, clean and comfortable. Sonia and Jose are lovely hosts and provide some items in the kitchen like cereal & fruit which is really helpful and time saving if you are only visiting Belfast for a short time.

The hosts are amazing, really accommodating and a really nice place, very close to town and plenty shops around, the rooms are really comfortable and cosy. Such a homey vibe, you can absolutely tell the hosts love doing what they do

the room and bathrooms were super clean and they provided very thougthful amenity baskets to use for the shower and snacks. the owners are very very nice and accomodating and it's a very nice area, close to a high street and the botanical gardens.

the walls were paper thin - we could hear someone walking up and down the steps outside out room, even though the person was not wearing shoes and the steps were carpeted. Also, the fact the bathrooms are outside the rooms makes things very inconvenient (i didn't realise i had booked this type of lodging without an en suite bathroom until after, totally my fault for not reading this on the listing). the bed was tiny and not very comfortable and the room was so hot (the window doesn't open).
