The place was closed.

Booking was confirmed even though it is non operational.I also got a link for prepayment.Thankfully I didn't pay in advance.Location is horrible with the approach road all dug up.

Staff was cordial, check in/out was very smooth. Good service. Overall very good stay.

Guys, this property pics online are fake. The property is not yet operational. We made some advance payment as well, when we reached the property, they sent us back saying they are not yet operational, and that someone created a fake profile and that it’s not their fault. It’s a new building which just completed construction. Imagine our agony when we reached early in the morning at 7.30 am to be told that the property we booked is not yet operational and the pics of the rooms on booking.com are fake. I expected booking.com and Oyo to do better on-ground diligence before onboarding any and every hotel. Funnily, oyo refuses to pay back the advance amount as according to their ops team, that hotel exists. A bunch of total nincompoops. My learning - never pay advance amount for bookings esp. Oyo through booking.com

Bathroom was cleaned and good. The Hotel room was spacious, service was good.
