It was very homely and location was excellent. Well equipped.

As a pet friendly place I wasn't expecting that there was going to be restrictions on where my cat could be and on top of that, in the area he could be in was full of ornaments that ended up broken... So a tip is to at least go sparingly on ornament down stairs. Also it would have been nice to have some heating in the down stairs toilet.

Absolutely everything was fantastic. House was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, well equipped for people /pets, plenty information on hand. Could not recommend more highly. Owners should be proud to have n present such a property.

Harbour Heights was stunning and decorated to a high standard. The property was centrally situated to Whitby centre. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Loved every minute

"CHANGE INFO ON WEBSITE RE ONLY 1 BATHROOM AND STAIRCASE NIT SUITABLE FOR ALL"

Beautifully decorated

Advertised as having 2 bathrooms..HAS 1 bathroom on first level and separate toilet downstairs for 6 people??!!Vanity basin plugged jammed so unable to use and cleaners must have seen this!! Dirty bin left, cleaners late in cleaning so delayed entry, no coffee pods as advertised in welcome folder. The most dangerous, extremely narrow and difficult staircase to navigate to first level and to bring up and down suitcases and even worse staircase leading to 2 level. THIS SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON WEBSITE AS NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE AND SPOILT OUR STAY

"First class stay.highly recommended"

The home was really lovely. 1st class and very stylish. The location was great and we managed with the on street parking.

Not a complaint but just know there are 2 flights of internal stairs and the bathroom is on the second floor.
