Great apartment to stay at. Looks like recently remodeled. very comfortable mattress and new bathroom. very clean on arrival and host is very communicative, gave me a lot of recommendations what to do in the area. beach is just across the street its awesome

Close to the beach, literally just cross the street. The price was really good.

There was a fishy odor in the apartment. We haven't found where does it come from, we cleaned everything. Overall the stay was really good.

You cant beat value for the money. Location is the best! apartment is perfect for couple and with kid. Windows are facing outside, brings a lot of natural light, witch is a huge plus. Black out shades very helpfull. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beach is literally across the street

Very nice and tasteful apartment in great location of Miami Beach where all places you want to go to our in walkable distance. Faena, Edition are right across the street and few minute walk. Beach is right there and you can see it from the window even

Perfect apartment right on the beach. a lot of restaurant around the area, Edition hotel just 1 minute walk, Faena is gorgeous. We had really great time. thanks to the host answering all out questions. Bedroom has a lot of light and bathroom is very nice and remodeled

apartment does not have assigned parking unfortunately. But host was very helpful with all parking options in the area

Perfect apartment for beach getaway. I have really enjoyed it. Very easy access and host is very responsive Ac was working great and very helpful during hot summer days
