Parkview Place Serviced Apartment

The apartment is spacious and in a good central location for Earlsdon and the city centre. It suits us well (2nd visit to these apartments), and the secure parking with car charger is ideal too.

The TV is almost unusable as the programmes kept breaking up. I think this is to do with the Wi-Fi. We were disappointed by this, as it was like this during our last stay and we provided feedback about it, but nothing appears to have been done.

Very spacious, modern clean decor. Good location. Private parking.

The stairs to the main bedroom were too steep for us , elderlies especially after climbing the first flight to the first floor where the accommodation is. Perhaps the twin beds could be upstairs too ? Just an opinion.

The house is big and offer private parking space, which in that area is a big plus. You need a secure parking space considering the incidents in the city.

If you’re not too detail-oriented, the house might be fine, but for anyone who values cleanliness and basic standards, I wouldn’t recommend it. The walls were visibly dirty, including nose dirt and even spots of diarrhea near the WC. The bathroom fan was covered in dust, the kitchen had an unpleasant smell, and the cupboard doors were sticky. There was no coffee machine, and nothing from previous reviews had been fixed, the WC lid was still broken. On the positive side, the bed linen and towels were clean.

Die Räume waren groß und hell, im ersten Stock waren Küche mit Essbereich, Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad, im zweiten Stock das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Als wir Schwierigkeiten mit dem Internet hatten, hatte Cyrille sehr viel Geduld mit uns, bis wir es geschafft hatten!

Ok der Boden der Küche klebte an ein paar Stellen- da habe ich schnell einmal drüber gewischt. Was aber wirklich störte- und dafür kann der Vermieter nichts- ist das Pub gegenüber- ich dachte immer es gibt eine strikte Sperrstunde in England- aber da wurde mit offener Tür und lauter Musik bis um halb drei durchgefeiert! Und da ist es dann auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern schwer zu schlafen. Es war nicht jeden Tag - an den anderen Tagen war es dann ab 23:30 bzw 24:00 leise.

The apartment was nice and spacious. There were 2 rooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living room. There was ample space to move around and feel relaxed. The kitchen was well stcked with appliances, cutlery, pots and dishes.

It was right across the street from a pub that was open till late at night. It was noisy and affected our sleep at night
