Blisko centrum. Wyposażenie kuchni. Pralka, ekspres do kawy, mikser. Czyste, duże mieszkanie. Owoce, wino, ciastka, cukierki, kanapki i dżem. Wyposażona apteczka. Ręczniki, szczoteczka do zębów, pasta i inne małe dodatki.

Brak parkingu. Jeżeli jest ktoś samochodem to nie polecam tej lokalizacji bo na ulicy nie ma szans znaleźć miejsca parkingowego. Parkingi płatne 12h to z 35 euro. Parkowanie na ulicy policja ściąga tablice i daje mandat. Pod domem nie ma szans stanąć poza sezonem. Przy ulicy jest głośno. Sąsiedzi cała noc sa głośno. Jeżeli zabraknie prądu to zostaliśmy poinformowani 1h przed planowanymi pracami o 8 rano. Obudził nas hałas i brak prądu. Są różne sytuacje ale za taki incydent nie ma rekompensaty. Też brak informacji żeby zaplanować sobie szybsze wyjść z domu przed takimi pracami. Prąd tez działa na kartę przymocowana do kluczy. Jeżeli ktoś chce wyjść a jedna osoba chce zostać to musi żyć bez prądu albo ty idziesz bez kluczy lecz sam juz do domu nie wrócisz. Pralka sie zatrzyma i ruszy jak wrócisz do domu i włożysz kartę na swoje miejsce.

Perfect property to stay in the centre of Chania. It was so modern and with lots of thought in the design, facilities and decor. We had lots of welcome items left such as bread, fruit, marmalade, toiletries, water etc but it was the little things like a mosquito net on the terrace door, air conditioning, ceiling fan, quality cutlery, plates, kitchen roll, far too much to mention! The host communicated so well and reached out every day to ensure that we were happy. The location was a short 5 min walk to the central street and there are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants close by. A fantastic experience all around!

Apartment was excellent and on perfect location in the city center. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need in it. The owner was very kind and helpful during my stay. Highly recommended.

Great place with good amenities

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison ! L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et très bien placé. Parking municipal payant tout près et très pratique. Mais surtout il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Toutes les petites attentions de Yannis sont adorables. Il y avait au frigo tout ce qu'il faut pour un 1er petit déjeuner ainsi que des produits locaux. Très bonne communication avec Yannis qui s'assure que tout se passe bien. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis. Super séjour à Chania !

The location is exceptional, only few minutes walk from the center of Chania and the Venetian harbor. The property was spotless clean and the Owner was polite, attentive and always willing to assist on any issue.

The access to the property was via a rather steep staircase. The Owner gave us only one set of keys which restricted the autonomy of the tenants as it was impossible for one to remain at the property when the other was out. It was to be noted that when we asked for a second set the Owner immediately offered to give us more. As the central heating was controlled by the master key it requires a bit of time for the property to heat up, not a major issue though as within 30’ the temperature was comfortable.

Wszystko nam się podobało!!! Bardzo czysto, bardzo ładnie i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Przemiłe powitanie - smakołyki, przekąski, wino w lodówce, ale hitem były produkty w lodówce przygotowane na pierwsze śniadanie (Przylecieliśmy bardzo póżno w nocy, nie było szans zrobić zakupów), Taras cudowny, mogłyśmy jeść śniadania na tarasie, bo była fantastyczna pogoda, mimo, że to listopad. Kontakt z właścicielem idealny - czułyśmy się bardzo zaopiekowane i bezpieczne. To miłe, że jest ktoś tak sympatyczny na miejscu, kto zawsze służy wiedzą, dobrą radą i pomocą. Bardzo dziękujemy Yannis :)

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ολοκαίνουριο κ πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένο. Ήταν το πιο οργανωμένο διαμέρισμα που έχω μείνει κ επίσης πεντακάθαρο. Η κουζίνα ήταν τέλεια εξοπλισμένη με τα πάντα που χρειάζεται κανείς και για μακροχρόνια διαμονή. Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν σκεφτεί και τη παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια και οι παροχές ξεπέρασαν τις προσδοκίες μου. Υπάρχει και μια ωραία βεράντα για καφέ η φαγητό. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο (3 λεπτά με τα πόδια) δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, φαρμακείο κλπ. χωρίς όμως τη φασαρία!! Πραγματικά πολύ βολική τοποθεσία διότι βρήκα και να παρκάρω το αυτοκίνητο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ο κ. Γιάννης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός σε οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκα. Σίγουρα θα μείνω σε αυτό το διαμέρισμα όταν επισκεφτώ ξανά τα Χανιά και σίγουρα το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Giannis's home is the best place ever. Unbelievably clean, super comfortable and spacious. Everything is done with so much taste that you immediately feel at home. The small (not small at all!) hospitality gestures bring an immediate smile to the face. It has literally everything one would need. The linen smelled and felt as if they were brand new. Also, I worked from there for a couple of days - again: very comfortable working area. Although I was a solo traveler, the place can very comfortably accommodate 4 people and still there would be capacity. The location is just great, you could go back home whenever you want as it's just 7 minutes walking to the entrance of the major old town street. Easily accessible all super cute areas of Chania. A convenient bus stop from where the bus took me for the Samaria Gorge day trip (8 min walking). Also needless to take a taxi to the airport (Euro 25), as you can buy online a ticket for the bus (Eur 2.5) to the airport and the bus stop is 2 min walk. Many shops and places to eat or drink all around. Last, but not least: feeling safe level (10/10). Giannis is an amazing, very thoughtful and extremely caring host. Always there to help. I rate him 20/10. As he did not have a reservation after mine, he let me keep my luggage until time for departure which gave me additional 4 hours walk on my last day without any worries.
