老板娘非常友好，很热情介绍周围的景点，三只猫咪都特别可爱，很粘人。住宿虽然是公共浴室和卫生间，但没有任何不方便，打扫得非常干净，数量充足。离平野车站和便利店都很近，去平野之滨也很方便，是山中湖过夜想看日出的最佳选择。以后再来山中湖一定是选择这里～

It’s a perfect spot to see Mt. Fuji, with several beautiful hiking trails nearby. It also has a private onsen. The staff are very cordial, and the cats are adorable.

This was such a cool location situated next to Lake Yamanakako. The staff are super nice and helpful, plus there are also three very cute cats roaming around the lobby area :) They cats occasionally like to visit the dining area so you can chill with them while having breakfast or just relaxing. Overall, this place had a really nice warm vibe. Our room had a view of Mt Fuji. It was a Japanese-style room with futons you lay out yourself and put away during the day. The toilets and sink area are shared, and the bathrooms have to be booked in advance. You basically just have to inform the reception when you'd like to book the bathroom for during the day, and you're given a 1-hour block to yourself. The bathroom itself is really nice though - kinda like a private onsen with a showering area and a giant bathtub to relax in after.

No real complaints - just be aware of how the bathroom system works if you intend to stay at this place.

1) Location. Waking distance to the lake shore and village center (Information, convenience store, cafe, bus stop) 2) Clean rooms and facilities 3) Breakfast option. The only alternative is a cafe 2 minutes away, but the choice is mostly tea/coffee, desserts and cakes - great for an interim bite, but may be insufficient to prepare oneself for a long eventful day on the lakeside where cafes are not waiting on every 100 meters 4) Host. Very friendly, helpful and considerate. Thank you very much 5) Cats. Helping to crate a homey atmosphere, especially if it is pouring cold rain outside (our case), and not just Fuji, but even the opposite lake shore is hardly visible. Only cats could comfort...

Having to change slippers going from the (clean) corridor to the (clean) restroom. Understand the logic, but in comparison to other hotels this point seems excessive. If in a hurry to the toilet returning from a stroll outside, one has to (1) change the regular footwear to indoor slippers, (2) run to the restroom and (3) change the indoor slippers to the restroom slippers.... Good luck to be still in time for (4) solve the urgency

The most excellent experience ever. The owner is so nice and the place make you family alike, I will definitely come to visit again. Three cat are so cute! Will definitely come here again

With 3 cute cats and owner is helpful. She help us keeping luggage before check in. Have pleasant and happy experience stay here.
