"Not much room under staircase for dinning table."

Location, cleanliness, extra provisions and quietness.

The advertisement mentions to two bathrooms. There is only one. Inadequate for our friends staying upstairs no facilities. Seating for three people not for 2 couples. Very sticky dinning room table. Near boiling water from the tap. Squeaky stairs and floor boards upstairs. Disturbing sleep. Freezer hard to open build up of ice.

"Beautiful house in amazing location"

Beautiful house, amazing location and very dog friendly. We had a wonderful stay, the property is close to lovely towns, pubs and beautiful walks. Hosts were so helpful and quick to answer any questions

WiFi was quite slow, tv buffered a lot.

"Exceptional"

Farways Den is a gorgeous and well-equipped place to stay with stunning views. We loved the quirkiness of the property and how it had been decorated. Close enough to everywhere we wanted to go, but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The only downside was not realising the one shower could only be accessed by going through the main bedroom, which wasn’t ideal for the people staying in the second bedroom. However, we made it work and still loved our stay at Farways Den - hope to be back again in the future.

"Lovely two night mother and son visit to Howarth."

It's just as described but a little bit more. I didn't realise the location was going to be this good with stunning views. Interior was lovely, modern but quirky. Lovely seating areas outside.

There wasn't really any dislikes but the beds we found not as comfortable as some but everyone likes a different bed. A bit too firm for us.

Fairways Den is set in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views. The property had everything we could ask for and more. We spent a lovely few days relaxing, walking, painting and exploring the area. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!

"Relaxing break with the doggie"

Loved the location of this cute holiday home. Very peaceful and near to everything we wanted to do and see. Well equipped, comfortable bed, always handy to have two toilets, nice kitchen, what more could you want? Would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Beautiful views to boot, and we had the best weather you can get in early April.
