Blissful Bella Retreat

Extremely comfortable property, had everything we needed. Location is great. Very clean and well looked after. Hosts have made it extremely warm.

I found the check-in process a ittle strange, everything is via watsapp, Nobody seems to want to communicate via phone. There is no personal touch.

Liked the location and the complex setup.

1. Seemed like the bedding was not washed, as there was dirty marks on it. Both on the sheet and pillows had stains. 2. There could have been a start of a cockroach infestation, we had to purchase Doom to kill what looked like baby roaches.

Pretty much everything except the swimming pool and gym location.

Location of the swimming pool is an issue, no privacy at all. You cannot be expected to swim while guests are sitting enjoying their meals or drinks. Not ideal. Please relook at moving it somewhere more spacious with a bit of privacy so people can enjoy themselves and not worry about other guests stirring at them. Just a suggestion.
