The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was small but did not feel cramped. It is very clean, and our room had a nice little balcony. The location is out of the buzz, but within quick walking distance to all attractions.

We did not like that the staff could not accommodate our request to have our vehicle enter the property to drop and pick up our luggage, and we were a party of 8. Although they agreed to open the gate, and we provided such information to our driver, they later just said they did not have the remote to open the gate-this is unprofessional.

The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned often and well, bathroom was modern. Staff was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

La habitación para 2 personas es muy cómoda, moderna y limpia, con un balcón terraza divino! A 150 metros tenes el centro de Sorrento dónde están los locales y restaurantes. A unos 100 metros hay un supermercado!

El edificio y las habitaciones muy lindas y limpias. Todo nuevo y moderno. Nada como dormir en una buena cama con un buen baño.

Bobadas realmente pero la luz que entra por la puerta de la habitación desde afuera es molesta. La ducha no tiene donde poner los implementos de aseo entonces es incómodo y toca agacharse para tomar las cosas. El minibar decía que tenía varias cosas de comer saladas y llegué a comerlas pero solo tenía un par de paquetes de galletas dulces. La ubicación no está mal siempre toca caminar como 15 minutos para llegar ya sea al centro o a la estación del bus.

Lovely big room. Very clean, and tidied up daily. The bed was very comfortable,and I'd have taken a pillow home if I could. Marianna at the front desk is so lovely. Very friendly and accommodating. Handy for the train station and town I'll be back!

The room could do with a chest of drawers. There were a lot of flashing lights at the door, but I'd brought an eye mask so it didn't bother me. You will need ear plugs, but I'd read previous comments and knew this, so there were absolutely no problems.
