Good proximity to restaurants and old downtown. Great breakfast, very helpful with parking. Staff were friendly. Very clean.

"Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji - ale śniadanie polecam zjeść na mieście"

Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo. Pokój czysty, przestronny, jasny, klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze. Plus za czajnik w pokoju i dystrybutor pitnej wody w hotelu.

Nie podobały mi się śniadania - nie warto brać tutaj noclegu ze śniadaniem. Codziennie gdy przychodziliśmy na śniadanie brakowało już wędlin, sera, warzyw - obsługa stała wpatrzona w telefony i nie uzupełniała produktów gdy przychodzili nowi goście. Dodatkowo jadalnia jest bardzo mała i ciasna.

"Really fabulous!"

Absolutely great place and location for exploring Palermo--you are a bit out of the busy centro, which gives you space to breathe in a fabulously redone building with great style. Breakfast was wonderful and staff very helpful. The two bedroom 103 unit is excellent with great view of plaza. Parking garage right across the street. Stay here!

Would be great to have coffee service and a few more amenities in the room, like cups etc. The AC didn't feel like you could really cool the room, but was fine.

Aan de faciliteiten wordt hard gewerkt. Uitbreiding met een restaurantfaciliteit zal deze zomer, denken we afgerond zijn. Ontbijt was zeer goed en personeel was hulpvaardig. Locatie dicht bij de haven en het centrum was op loopafstand bereikbaar.
